What if my Body Butter melts?

During the summer months when temperatures are high, your Body Butter may melt during transit, or if left sitting in a heated area for hours. To cool your Body Butter back to a solid state, just place your container(s) in a cool room or refreigerator and let your Body Butter re-solidify. Although the consistency may change, it will not impact quality.

It is still perfectly fine to use and will go on smooth and smell great!

What If I Have A Problem or Concern?

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) Please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up. Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade with natural products so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example, settling & clumping).

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at myshaybutter@gmail.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges.​ We do not issue refunds if you are not satisfied with the scent.

We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances, only if reported within 24hrs of receiving your product. Hey Butter Babe! During the summer months we want to ensure that your body butter stays cool! To prevent your butter from melting, we will only ship Monday-Thursday. Priority Mail is the best option to get your butter sooner.

What Is Your Shipping Policy?

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. Shipping may take longer during holiday and peak shipping seasons.

Shipping is processed through USPS and UPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information via email.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please send an email within 24 hours of receiving your package to myshaybutter@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number, and pictures of your product and packaging.
